CONCERTONE® Warranty/ Return Policy



Warranty Policy

For new items Concertone will honor a full one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

We do offer factory refreshed/refurbished items and the condition of those items is marked as refreshed. Refreshed items carry a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

We also offer pre-owned items and the condition of those items is marked as Pre-Owned. Pre-Owned items carry ninety (90) day limited warranty from the date of original purchase.

All warranty claims must be made through warranty@concertone.com. To obtain repair or replacement within the terms of this warranty, please email your request to warranty@concertone.com. A Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be issued within 1 business day along with instructions for returning the unit.
Depending on the defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or refunded.

Concertone warranty does not extend to the elimination of externally generated static or noise, to the correction of an antenna-generated noise or to the cost incurred to correct this noise.

The warranty does not cover the removal or the reinstallation of this unit or damage to any CD’s, Speakers, accessories, or the vehicle's electrical system.

Subwoofers and speakers are not warranted against being blown, burned or abused. Concertone defines abuse as, but not limited to, burnt voice coils (blackened, no continuity, melted adhesives, coil separation from the former, etc.) punctured or damaged surrounds, broken speaker terminals, bent, chipped or broken frames, ripped spiders or damaged back plates. Blown, burned and other abused subwoofers and speakers are not covered. Submitting any of the above will be considered out of warranty.

Concertone warranty is voided if specific serial numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is also voided due to abuse, misuse, defacing, and improper operation or installation.

Concertone warranty does not cover the following; cabinets or any other part of a vehicle that has been damaged due to improper installation or misuse, neglect or accident. Concertone liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the item and in no event should exceed the purchase price paid by the original buyer for the item.

Concertone shall not be liable for incidental loss of use, installation or removal and reinstallation charges associated with defective or returned products. Products that have been improperly installed may not be covered by this or any other warranty.

Products damaged due to improper or inadequate packaging when returned are not granted warranty coverage.
Defectives items under warranty will be repaired or replaced with remanufactured or new product, at Concertone discretion. Concertone will not be responsible for any labor or freight costs associated with this return. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts and documentation. If there are missing components or documentation, we will replace the primary items only. Defectives items will be repaired and returned in the same cosmetic condition in which it was received by Concertone.

Return Policy
No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please contact us at support@concertone.com. You can return any item within thirty (30) days of the purchase date for a full refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Merchandise must be new, unopened, and uninstalled to be eligible for a refund. Returns will be credited at the price paid on the invoice. If no invoice/receipt is included with the return, Concertone will issue credit at the current selling price or the price at the time of the sale, whichever is lower.
Merchandise which has been opened is subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned complete with all original parts and documentation. Any missing parts or damaged packaging will be deducted from the amount credited. Items returned with missing accessories (i.e. remote controls, wire harnesses, etc.) are subject to a charge for the replacement of these missing items. Items returned physically or cosmetically abused will not be accepted for refund.
Please allow three (3) to four (4) weeks for Concertone to process your return.
